Design Feature
The rear door structure of the pump, maintenance does not have to remove the pipeline.
The impeller adopts the semi-open structure of three or four blades with wide flow passage, which can transport slurry with concentration less than 6% smoothly, and is suitable for gas-liquid mixed transportation with certain gas.
The impeller is made of lost w ax precision casting and dynamic balance check.
The clearance between the wear-resisting plate and the impeller can be adjusted outside by adjusting bolts on the pump body, so that the constant clearance between the impeller and the wear-resisting plate and the continuous high efficiency and energy saving of the pump can be maintained.
The shaft seal mainly has three forms: single end mechanical seal + packing, single end mechanical seal without cooling water and packing seal.
