ZLJ Plup Pool Agitator

ZLJ Plup Pool Agitator are series of product newly developed by ourself on the basis of digesting overseas model and suitable for China's pulp and paper pulp storage pool(pulp tower). The product adopts the cantilever structure, the transmission part adopts the triangle belt transmission, has the characteristic of operation stable and reliable, the noise is small, the installation maintenance is convenient, the maintenance cost is low. The hydraulic part of the blade is designed and optimized by unique hydraulic structure, and the working Angle can be adjusted according to the size of the s lurry and the size of the slurry tank. The flow parts are designed according to the non-slurry requirement, ensure the good mixing circulation effect and the good stable operation of the equipment.

Application Range
This series of products are mainly used in pulp and paper industry production process of slurry pool(pulp tower)under 220 m³after effective volume and the concentration less than 6% of all kinds of slurry storage, mix, water circulation and mixing, apply to the square, circular s lurry po ol or slurry tank, circulating tower, the circulation and mixing of bleaching tower etc.

Material
The main material of this series is carbon steel, with 45 or 2Cr13 axis. When users have special requirements. according to user's requirements, the main shaft, shaft sleeve, locating sleeve, blade and wheel flow companents, use material made by the user, such as 304 or 316I stainless steel, etc.

Installation Mode
There are wall hanging type, bracket type, guide rail type, slurry tower and other kinds of agitator installation forms for user selection.
